• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and profile details (or federated profile info when using Google OAuth).
• Creative Inputs: Text prompts, lyrics, ABC notation scores, and conversational instructions provided to the musical reasoning Agent.
• Usage & Audio Metadata: Generation timestamps, audio render task IDs, duration, style tags, and error diagnostics.
• Technical Diagnostics: Standard server logs, browser user agent, IP address (anonymized for security analysis), and functional cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to:

• Render requested musical scores and synthesize 48kHz audio tracks through the GPU pipeline;
• Power the interactive conversational memory of the built-in musical reasoning agent;
• Maintain billing ledgers and compute credit tracking;
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraudulent generation requests, or automated system degradation.

3. Third-Party Subprocessors & Payment Providers

To deliver reliable authentication, hosting, and checkout, we integrate with industry-standard third-party providers:

• Authentication: Google OAuth (for one-click federated sign-in) and secure email authentication via Better Auth.
• Payment Gateways: Stripe, PayPal, and Creem (as well as WeChat Pay / Alipay where configured) for processing one-time credit purchases. We never store raw credit card numbers or financial secrets on our servers; transactions are encrypted and tokenized directly by the processors.
• Inference Infrastructure: RunPod serverless GPU infrastructure for executing neural audio flow matching and YuE2-VAE decoding.

4. Data Retention & Audio Storage

• Private Output: Generated audio files and customized ABC scores remain associated with your account unless deleted by you.
• No Training on Private Prompts: We do not sell your original lyrics or private custom prompts to third parties, nor do we use private user generations to retrain foundation weights without explicit opt-in consent.

4. Cookies and Analytical Trackers

We use essential session cookies to maintain your login status, preserve theme preferences (dark mode), and keep track of selected locale (English / Chinese). Anonymous analytical tools may measure site traffic to ensure server stability.

5. Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard HTTPS encryption in transit, isolated database environments, and secure tokenization for all API keys and external model communication.

6. Your Rights
