2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child Endangerment — ZERO TOLERANCE

• Strictly Prohibited: Generating any audio, lyrics, vocalizations, or depictions involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of minors (individuals under 18 years of age);
• Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: We enforce an unconditional zero-tolerance policy. Any attempt to generate or distribute CSAM results in immediate, permanent termination of account access, total forfeiture of remaining compute credits, and immediate notification and referral of evidence to law enforcement agencies (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — NCMEC).

2.2 Violence, Gore, & Self-Harm

• Strictly Prohibited: Lyrics or audio promoting, glorifying, or vividly depicting severe physical violence, decapitation, torture, mass casualty attacks, terrorism, or war crimes;

2.6 Intellectual Property & Trademark Infringement

• Strictly Prohibited: Submitting verbatim copyrighted lyrics, commercial stems, or musical compositions of third-party copyright holders without license, in an attempt to produce infringing derivative works or unauthorized commercial replicas;
• Brand Infringement: Misusing registered corporate trademarks, artist stage names, or brand logos in song titles and metadata to falsely imply official endorsement or sponsorship.
