1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to yue2music.com ("the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and yue2music.com.

By accessing, registering an account, purchasing compute credits, subscribing to any membership plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP); and (c) you possess full legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of the AI Music Service

yue2music.com provides an AI-assisted generative music platform powered by the open-weights YuE2 foundation models and dedicated cloud GPU computing clusters:

• Full-song AI Vocal & Instrumental Synthesis: Generating full-length, high-fidelity 48kHz stereo tracks from natural language prompts, musical genre tags, and structured lyrics;
• Agentic Music Theory Reasoning: Conversational chord reharmonization, key transposition, and ABC score code synthesis;
• Interactive Score Sheet & Playback: Web Audio real-time score playback, visual staff editing, and multi-track MIDI export;
• Stems Separation & Master Audio Downloads: High-bitrate WAV/FLAC audio export for personal and commercial production.

The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Compute credits and subscriber benefits are provisioned immediately upon verified payment.

3. Account Registration & Fair Compute Usage

1. Account Integrity: You must register with an authentic, monitored email address. Creating accounts using automated scripts or false identities is strictly prohibited.
2. Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any compute consumption or actions occurring under your account remain your legal responsibility. In case of suspected unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@yue2music.com.
3. No Account Resale: Accounts, API keys, and associated credit balances are licensed solely for your authorized use and may not be rented, resold, or redistributed.

4. Compute Credits, Subscriptions & Cancellations

1. Credit Balances: Certain GPU-intensive features consume computing credits. Purchased credit packs are credited directly to your account ledger upon payment confirmation. Because GPU computing nodes are reserved and dedicated immediately upon task initiation, consumed credits are strictly non-refundable except in instances of verified unrecoverable system outages.
2. Recurring Billing Authorization: For recurring subscription memberships (Monthly or Yearly), you authorize our merchant of record and payment processing partners (including Waffo Pancake) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period.
3. Cancel Anytime: You may cancel recurring auto-renewal at any time in one click via Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@yue2music.com. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles while maintaining active benefits through the end of the current prepaid period.

5. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

1. Your Inputs: You retain all proprietary rights, copyright, and ownership in the original lyrics, audio samples, and musical notations you write or upload. You grant yue2music.com only the limited technical license necessary to process and render your outputs.
2. AI Outputs: In adherence to the YuE2 Open-Weights Community Protocol and creator-first principles, yue2music.com claims no copyright ownership over the final audio files, instrumental stems, or ABC notation generated under your account. Subject to full compliance with these Terms, you may freely monetize, distribute, release on streaming services, and broadcast your generated music.
3. Platform Assets: All website design, interface code, brand logos, proprietary agent workflows, and system infrastructure remain the exclusive property of yue2music.com.

6. Prohibited Content Standards (Six Red-Line Categories)

In strict compliance with international AI safety frameworks, telecommunications regulations, and card network standards, the Platform strictly prohibits using our models or tools to generate, synthesize, or distribute any of the following six categories of content:

1. Pornography & NSFW Content: Explicit sexual depictions, erotic audio or lyrics, sexual solicitation, or obscene auditory materials;
2. Violence, Gore & Self-Harm: Content depicting or promoting extreme violence, terror attacks, gruesome bloodshed, suicide, self-inflicted injuries, or threats of bodily harm;
3. Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content promoting hatred, harassment, defamation, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or caste;
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child Endangerment: ZERO TOLERANCE. Any content sexualizing minors, facilitating child exploitation, or compromising child welfare will result in immediate termination, permanent banning, and criminal referral;
5. Deepfakes & Unauthorized Impersonation: Generating deceptive voice clones or audio impersonating living artists, public figures, or private individuals without explicit, authenticated legal authorization;
6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Direct 1:1 verbatim reproduction or unauthorized sampling of existing copyrighted commercial recordings, sheet music, or protected trademarks.

7. Content Moderation & Monitoring Mechanisms

To ensure platform safety, yue2music.com employs a multi-tiered content oversight infrastructure:

1. Real-time Automated Filtering: All incoming user prompts, lyrics, and inference jobs are screened by real-time safety classification algorithms for prohibited semantic intent, copyright flags, and sensitive keywords;
2. Human Review & Escalation: Tasks flagged as borderline or high-risk are queued for secondary review by our dedicated Trust & Safety compliance team;
3. Abuse Prevention: Automated rate-limiters detect and block brute-force prompt jailbreaks, automated bot scraping, and resource denial attacks.

8. Breach of Terms & Enforcement Remedies (Crucial Notice)

If a user breaches these Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, generating prohibited content, infringing intellectual property, exploiting system bugs, abusing GPU compute, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks), yue2music.com reserves the right to take any or all of the following enforcement actions immediately and without prior liability:

1. Immediate Task Interruption & Formal Warning: Instantly terminating the offending generation task and issuing a formal notice to the user's registered email;
2. Content Removal: Deleting and permanently purging all violating audio tracks, lyrics, MIDI files, and project assets from our servers and storage buckets;
3. Forfeiture & Cancellation of Credits: Confiscating or cancelling all unused compute credits remaining in the user's balance, without refund or compensation;
4. Feature Restrictions: Throttling or revoking GPU cluster concurrency, access to studio mastering tools, or API privileges;
5. Account Suspension or Permanent Termination: Temporarily suspending account access, or permanently banning and blacklisting the user's account, payment identifiers, and IP addresses;
6. Financial Recovery & Damages: In the event that a user's breach results in payment provider penalties, regulatory fines, legal costs, or reputational damage to yue2music.com, the user shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Platform for all direct and consequential damages (including legal and attorney fees);
7. Referral to Law Enforcement: For egregious criminal violations, including CSAM, terrorism, or cybercrime, the Platform will preserve all audit logs and proactively refer the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities and international safety organizations.

9. User Reporting Channels & Timelines

We maintain an accessible, confidential reporting system for rights-holders and users who discover suspected violations on our platform:

• Reportable Concerns: Copyright infringement (DMCA), unauthorized voice cloning/deepfakes, illegal or abusive content.
• Service Level Commitments:
  • Critical violations (CSAM, terrorism, immediate threats) receive initial emergency action within 2 hours and full resolution within 24 hours;
  • Intellectual property notices and general violations undergo initial review within 24 hours, with final determinations issued within 3 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

1. As-Is Provision: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI generation outputs rely on stochastic neural processes; we do not guarantee specific acoustic outcomes or subjective musical tastes.
2. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yue2music.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to yue2music.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the dispute.

11. Amendments & Governing Law

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms to reflect technical improvements, legal obligations, or service adjustments. Material changes will be communicated via notice on our website or by email. Continued usage after updates constitutes binding acceptance.
2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
