1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using yue2music.com ("the Service"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with yue2music.com. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of the AI Music Service

yue2music.com provides an AI-assisted musical studio powered by the open-weights YuE2 foundation models, developed by Multimodal Art Projection (M·A·P). Features include:

• Conversational musical reasoning and ABC notation reharmonization via the built-in Agent;
• Interactive score rendering, playback, and manual ABC code editing;
• Remote and local GPU dispatch for 48kHz full-song vocal and instrumental audio rendering;
• Multi-genre exploration and benchmark evaluation data access.

3. User Accounts and Fair Compute Use

To access persistent cloud rendering, high-throughput GPU queues, or saved session histories, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to deploy automated bots or scrapers designed to disrupt server performance or monopolize GPU resources.

4. Credits and Billing

Certain high-priority GPU rendering tiers may operate on a compute credit balance.

• Promotional or free credits granted upon registration carry no cash value and may expire pursuant to promotional rules.
• Purchased credit packs are credited directly to your account ledger upon verified transaction completion.
• Once a GPU audio rendering task commences processing, the associated compute resources are consumed and non-refundable, except in the event of an unrecoverable system failure.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

• Your Prompts and Lyrics: You retain full ownership of the original text prompts, lyrics, and ABC notation scripts you write or upload.
• AI Outputs: In accordance with the YuE2 Open-Weights Community Protocol, yue2music.com claims no proprietary ownership over audio files, stems, or scores rendered through the Service. You are free to commercially exploit, distribute, or stream your generated tracks.
• Platform Rights: All code, branding, logos, user interface assets, and custom design systems of yue2music.com remain the exclusive property of yue2music.com and its licensors.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate:

• Unauthorized deepfakes imitating living musicians without consent;
• Verbatim reproductions of copyrighted musical compositions;
• Defamatory, obscene, hate-inducing, or illegal lyrics and audio;
• Content intended to disrupt, harm, or defame any individual or group.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

While we strive for continuous availability, GPU hardware maintenance, provider queue spikes, and model upgrades may lead to temporary downtime. We reserve the right to update or modify features with reasonable notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
